With over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Molly brings a blend of professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm to every assignment she undertakes. As a Senior Associate, Molly specializes in the sale and leasing of retail properties throughout the metro area. She represents both property owners and retailers through in-depth consultation, property evaluation, project leasing, site selection and lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Welsh, Molly was at Cassidy Turley, specializing in retail brokerage since 2004.
