During his career, Tom has been a key player in over 7.5 million square feet of retail developments throughout the Twin Cities and greater Midwest.

 

Tom has led project teams through all aspects of the development process including site selection and acquisition, constraint analysis and due diligence, municipal use permits and approvals, design and construction coordination, financial packaging and lease or sale negotiation.

 

As a Senior Vice President with Welsh, Tom works with real estate owners and tenants to assess their specific needs and objectives, securing solutions to achieve their real estate goals.
